Was on a road trip and stopped for the night in Smithville, TN. Was pleasantly suprised by Fiesta Jalisco Mexican Grill. Tortilla chips came out fresh and hot, along with home made salsa. Ordered chicken fajitas, and was very pleased I could get their home made habanero salsa to really kick up the taste. The chicken and ingredients were fresh. Based on the parking lot was filled, this is a well known place. I really liked seeing the hispanic staff interact with both kids and adults, showing the friendliness of this place. As luck would have it, I'll be back in 2 weeks with 6 guys as we have an Air BnB for a guys weekend. Will try some traditional Mexican instead of Tex-Mex fajitas, and a margarita or two. 5 star service, 4.5 stars for food, an 5+ for this food in Smithville, TN!

The food was great and the portions were huge, not to mention for a good price. They also bring a salsa and some sort of cheese dip before you even order which is amazing and unheard of. Food is always good, great margaritas. Friendly people and nice atmosphere. A frequent place for dinner.
