The young man who served me was very helpful I think his name was hunter. He made my experience at arbys a good one so I would come back, and recommend this

Extremely slow service at dinner time. Very understaffed and disorganized. Waited 20 mins to pick up a DoorDash. Would not recommend coming or ordering from this location at dinner time.

Have been there three times, twice my order was totally wrong. I get the greek gyro with no tomato. Once I got a turkey club, and they just gave me some Buffalo something. Don't bother going unless you're ok with eating just whatever they feel like giving you.

We waited for 40 minutes in the drive thru. We waited 20 minutes to get to the window and pay, which felt like so long. But when we paid, they said they were just dropping the chicken... why wouldn't they drop it when it was ordered? I was astonished. I have worked many, many fast food places and there is absolutely no reason why it would take so long to get the food. There was only one person in front of us and the lobby was empty.

Bought a large curly fry and they were cooked well. It was a very big fry and I was not prepared for that full of a container but I am greatful :
