Wendy's - Skokie

Service is terrible. Ordered 2 simple things during a slow time. When we checked our order, it was wrong. 3 different employees came to the window and asked what exactly did we order. Talked to us like it was our problem. Such bad customer service! Is there no management??

The employees here don't actually put any time or effort into making you're food. I get that working a fast good job isn't easy but at least make sure you cook your meat properly because this is beyond disgusting and unsafe.

The burger wasn't what I remember Wendy's buyer use to be.
