McDonalds was open today, so they get a star. They did serve us food, so they get another star. The lady at the window was not rude. Our mobile order placed for a McGriddle and egg McMuffin may have been ready for us, but took 20 minutes to receive after the two drive-through orders ahead of us. After rushing back onto the road to catch up time on our now behind schedule, my fiancé called to inform McDonalds they had given us 2 sausage cheese muffins and a hash brown rather than our order. The polite gentleman on the phone apologized and took our name and receipt number so he could “write it in the book.” I’m not sure how many wrong orders are in “the book,” but I wonder if we’d have made it into this “book” had we waited 30 minutes in this mobile parking designation as we’ve done in the past rather than pulling into the drive through. So thank you genuinely McDonalds, for providing the legendary opportunity to have our name and receipt number recorded in the historic book of McDonalds mistakes. Do all McDonalds have these books? So, please keep that in mind when considering this restaurant, establishment, and/or venue. MY REVIEW: We ordered a two cheeseburger combo and a Big Mac combo. First, the drive thru service was very good. Friendly and quick. The fries were delicious. However, the Big Mac was a disappointment. So little sauce that I finally found a squirt of oil on the top meat patty. Two pickles sitting on top of one another near the edge of the bun. That was pretty much the sandwich.
