Ordered 3 piece tenders combo w/Dr. Pepper in Drive Thru around 1:20PM. Only item that was fresh was the Dr. Pepper. I opened up the box: French fries were cold and soggy, biscuit was dry, the 3 pieces of tenders... cold and rubbery. I just wanted something fresh to eat. Money completed wasted. Nothing was fresh and I had to throw it all out. I would like a refund except the guy wearing the mouth mask who was covered from head to toe (inclu his face) of tattoos which is fine, but I was simply describing his looks, again not judging but he seemed new , he did not give me my receipt, to take back my food. Ridiculous. I did contact kfc.com to make a formal complaint and to ask for a refund there, but who knows if anyone will respond. Food thru the drive thru should ALWAYS BE FRESH and not left over from the lunch crowd!!!!
First off this should be 0 stars but that’s not an option.We called ahead to make sure they still had the menu item available that we wanted. They said yes they can make it so we drove over there only for them to say it’s not available. I told them we just spoke on the phone and the response I got was “He’s not a manager he shouldn’t have told you that.” Terrible experience it will be a while before I try them again.
I placed a large online order at around noon with the pickup time to be at 7 pm. The order was around 120 dollars. When I picked up my order and got it home, everything was cold. I was shorted quite a few items. When I called the manager she informed me that she could not refund me for the items I did not receive. I went to the store to get the items that were left off. Also, inquired why the food was cold she had informed me that they cooked the order as soon as they got the online information. So I asked what time did they put the chicken on the pickup shelf. She could not tell me and said that as soon as they got the order at around noon they cooked the chicken and placed it on the shelf. Reminder pick up time was to be 7 pm. I told her if they left the chicken out and did not keep it warm that we could not eat the chicken because of food poisoning chicken cannot be left out for hours without being refrigerated or left in a warmer). The store manager said that I would have to come back in on Monday to talk to the store owner. Eventually after I stated that I would have to throw the chicken out that they gave me, the manager stated she would replace the chicken with what they had and also give me the remaining items that were left off of the original order. I would not use this business again.
Super slow. Waited in line 2nd car for 10 minutes. Our turn waited for 3 minutes and no response from drive thru so we left
