Dunkin' - Silver Spring

Very revitalized location its mostly quiet in glad that they have more business! Their device for calling out numbers is confusing their more than 2 numbers. Should be adjusted on the receipt, we all have an idea. Overall good experience.

Good Dunkin location, I've been here many times. Very organized, clean and fast service.

Friendly staff! Every time I get there, the staff either have a smile or always make jokes that make me laugh (not raw, completely professional naturally!! Even if there is a line, employees ensure that they move as fast and respectful as possible. Five stars! Drawback: I wish it had a drive thru. There is another Dunkin' Donuts, which is open 24 hours, has a Baskin Robins in it (may someone say yay for late night mint chocolate chip milkshakes, and it has the drive thru.. Even 5 stars for the kick an employee and the level of the customer service bring them to the shop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know people are loyal to their favorite coffee and it's usually that overpriced coffee shop that I don't call. For me, my darling Dunkin' is. It has a great taste, it is not so strong that it hurts my stomach, it is always fresh and very, very price-friendly!
