Arby's - Siloam Springs

They got our order wrong twíce. And was very rude and hateful. And our chicken sandwich was raw.

The foods was good and the drive through was fast and the employees were friendly.

We have been twice in 2 weeks. The first was after the floating lantern festival. Gentleman working the register was having to multitask so much. I just knew our order was gonna be messed up. It wasn’t though. You can tell he was getting a bit frustrated or anxious, I would have been too! He still put on a smile and made our experience great. Made sure to tell him how good of a job he done and that he matters. I hope it made his work night better!! Great place to eat!! Also check out their website or app you get better deals ?

Girl at the drive-thru window is absolutely rude. They had a drink that was overfilled and was about to spill everywhere. I was trying to get it to where it wouldn't overflow on my vehicle and she snatched it out of my hand slammed the window shut. Absolutely rude.

For fast food, not bad. Better than most fastfood places.
