Jack In The Box - Signal Hill

I had a bad case of stomach flu driving back from Laguna Beach and I had to stop because I had diarrhea. The manager was cool. I used the men's binary fluidity room got a Dr. Pepper and continued on my journey.

Food was great. The only bad thing was service. The person getting the order was rude. Need a class of customer service.

Horrible service I just left the drive through without my order because I couldn't finish my order since the manager or lady their apparently could understand. She said they where super busy (no line inside or outside) some how very busy and spoke to me in a demeaning way. Seems like they need the coffee ! No star

This is the most consistently worse establishment my family, friends and I have ever visited. Every order given comes out wrong. What we have you had to learn is to unwrap the order while at the restaurant instead of waiting until home when it's too late. The staff and management seems to blame us instead of themselves. Please... Please... Do not patronize this restaurant. This is the worst review I have ever given to any establishment. I regret having to post at least one star versus zero stars

There was 1 customer inside and I was the only one in the drive-thru. I ordered breakfast and lunch for myself and a friend at work which is where I am now. When I pulled in, my GPS said I should get to work by 647am. I figured even if they took 10 minutes to make my food I would be ok. But it took 20 minutes for them to hand me 2 breakfast sandwich combos 4 drinks, and a double sourdough jack combo. And right now after looking at my drink as I grabbed it to come inside, I was disgusted. My coke cup was filthy on the outside and has fingerprints all over it. It also looks as though the woman took a drink or was drinking out of the cup she filled because there are 2 lipstick spots under the lid where someone's mouth was on the cup. This was the second day in a row I visited this jack in the box on my way to work and today's service was horrible. I am afraid to even eat my food because what if this woman touched my food as well with those filthy hands. I spent almost $35 on 3 combos and an iced coffee and thw only thing that im gonna a touch is the iced coffee because I need some coffee this morning. I want my money back. If you don't think I am calling to give them a bad review on their survey too, you are mistaken
