The Budlong Hot Chicken - side

My go to spot for hot chicken in Chicago. Love the extra hot.

Tasty, but messy. A better than average sandwich, but little overpriced. Skip the frozen fries and get a biscuit instead.

The BEST Nashville Hot Chicken in the state. Our meal was very fresh and the employees were very accommodating. Be sure to try a biscuit with jam; you won't regret it!

Foh was nice enough. I ordered the chicken sandwich, X-hot and Mac and Cheese. The sandwich was a little dry, which I'm assuming because it was precooked. I sat down for maybe one minute before I received my food. Par-cooking I understand because it's a big piece. But already cooked? I would've gladly waited 5—10 minutes for a fresh piece.
