The service from all staff in this restaurant and the hotel is very friendly and very attentive. The buffet offers a good selection and was very good. The price is a little too high though. It was $26.00 USD, $29.06 with tax per person. Of course with the low Canadian Dollar, that comes to just over $40.00, pre tip. Entered near ten, it was not crowded. Fast and courteous service.

I love this place, great food service. Had a sister come into town and asked me to take her here again.

Great breakfast buffet at the Grand Sheraton in Chicago

Expensive, but not terrible for being in a hotel. The kale and shaved brussel sprout salad is outstanding, and service was promt.
