Happy that Dunkin has finally made it to the east coast

I usually go for prepacked BR ice cream, but if early in the day, I'll get donuts, too. And sometimes specials if really hungry. Always friendly service, eager to help. Majority are bilingual (w/Spanish), which is nice to see. I try to always drop by if I'm around that area.

Very bad taste of the coffee and the worst customer service ever

Very disorganized and unprofessional. The way they built ordered was all over the place. Then I get please be patient when orders that were placed way after mine got cranked out. Then I said I’m done waiting and the manager doesn’t even ask what happened just here’s your money back best of luck.

Pretty quick service, staff was friendly and held a good energy. Both drinks were as expected and made correctly.
