Maioliche Bistrot - Siculiana

Came here on our last night looking for some comfort food before travelling up to Cefalu. Service was prompt and friendly and the burgers we had were amazing!! Menu is via QR code so if you don’t speak Italian it can be translated in browser, staff did not speak English so have some basic Italian phrases prepared!

Being a local in Siculiana I have been to the Maioliche Bistrot many times for drinks, dinner, and birthdays and keep going back for more! The staff is friendly, the decor is beautiful, the location is always clean and orderly (both indoor outdoor seating and bathrooms , and their menu is always carefully selected and prepared with local fresh ingredients. I love the burgers and have tried several items from their menu such as the Carbonara, Mussels Tarantina , the Vitellina and have never been disappointed. They also make a mean mojito and have a nice selection of wines and digestifs. I have brought friends from different parts of the world there for happy hour, late night drinks and dinner and would highly recommend it! Pretty bistrot hidden in a very typical neighborhood with narrow streets and old buildings with a nice balcony, not simply suggested, super-suggested or even mandatory if you want to have a taste of Sicilian food philosophy: genuine local ingredients cooked at art to be enjoyed slowly to the last bite, incredibly delicious at a reasonable price!

Deliziosi e di ottima qualità hamburger Scottona. croccanti con crema di formaggio e delizioso pancetta, delicata e gustosa. posizione che instilla serenità. Bella serata. Sicuramente tornerò e sicuramente lo consiglio.
