Service extremely slow even though there were no other customers in the place. No acknowledgment that we were even we were right by the counter.

I was not happy with my stop. The service was slow and the one staff member who was the store manager messed up my order and then offered to wipe off the cream cheese, which I said no. Then she offered a different bagel all together which was nice but not the one that I had ordered as they were out. I was not the only one who was standing and waiting.I called back to tell her it was wrong and there was no apology she hung up. This is not at all kind or courtesy. I won't be stopping here again. ?

It was 5am on Tuesday and the worker (I wish I'd gotten her name) was so sweet and cheerful! I was so sleep deprived but she understood me and made my tea and was just a pleasant person to be around.

We ordered 5 coffee and 2 bagels and they made all of them wrong.

Brutal experience on a weekly basis. I find it odd that the espresso machine is always broken . As I was told this, there was a staff member making theirself an espresso and consumed immediately. Drinks are always filled 3/4 full, maybe I should start paying you 3/4 of the amount then? Extremely dissatisfiedUpdate: Not even a week later and another brutal experience. They fill your drink not even 3/4 and you ask them to fill it to the top and add ice, which is weird to receive an iced coffee without any??? When you ask them to make it right, they have no interest in making things better. Will not be going back.
