Tokyo Japanese Steakhouse - Shreveport

So yummy One of my favorite restaurants! And the staff is always so kind and the food is amazing! Especially the soup

The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the food and cook were amazing and very sweet to our kids. Our server was AWFUL. Her name is Soon. She took 20 minutes to take our drink order, and almost just as long to bring our drinks. She tried to argue with my partner about what we ordered for our children (an adult plate. it was easier and cheaper to split one plate for them) . She was extremely rude about it and it rubbed me the wrong way. I'm VERY gracious with my servers as I've been in the industry for almost a decade, but she was absolutely ridiculous. We won't be going back again.

A group of us had lunch here recently and it was pretty good. The food is really good and portions are bigger than average. The interior is big enough to accommodate both large and small groups. There's a small bar inside. But it didn't really look like people sit there. Expansive menu with lots of options. Prices are reasonable. The only thing is that during lunch there is only 1 server. And it was busy. So it took a really long time to get anything. The server was friendly, just overwhelmed. I still will come back but will just expect to wait a bit for service. Plenty of parking in the lot out front. Clean restrooms.

Service was nice. She was sweet. The ambiance wasn't too bad. Just hope not to get sat next to loud people. The fried rice wasn't what I wanted tested a little bland and burnt and the Salmon Sashimi comes on rice noodles..... : wouldn't be my first choice !!

Went for lunch. Prices are high. The place is very run down. The fist table I set was dirty. Moved to another table. Not much to choose from. Had the steak and shrimp. Steak came cut up. Very tough. Only gave me 5 shrimp. Very very small. Vegetables were good. Price for my meal at lunch was 25.79. 30.00 with tip to much for a bad lunch. Service was good.
