Baumann Smokehouse - Sherbrooke

Had only one of the best meal times ever. we went with the selection menu of the 7 curs cook with wine pairing. everything went so well together and we left full and more that satisfied. the owner is an amazing guy who needs the time to talk to everyone table and makes them very welcome. the chef really knows her things. I didn't think would make music together for my taste buds. over three hours from where I live, but it's worth getting a hotel and spending a weekend to get away!

What a great experience! The food was incredible, especially the cornbread and the beef shoulders. The service was friendly and the drinks were delicious. Will definitely be coming back.

My dinner at bauman was perfect. from the thoughtful interieur great playlist through a perfect sound system on exactly the right volume! to the attentive and knowledgeable service for the amazing creative menu, they are unlikely to have a better meal in canada, let alone sherbrooke! if this sounds a bit above the tip, it is intended: these people do it right. no sweat.

Wow, incredible food! high kitchen instead of smoker dishes! the people say it is expensive because they expect a smoker, but they will never find an equivalent meal anywhere else and certainly not at this price! Take the time to ask the owners who are waiting for them about the love and dedication they have put in to offer these incredible products! their layers for every dish are amazing! Je l’ai déjà dit et je le répète..baumann est un restaurant magnifique, un must, le meilleure dans cette ville!! I fell in love with this restaurant the day it opened and been coming back ever since! Amazingly fresh ingredients with a smart twist! The staff is very helpful and understanding! Would 100 come back
