Waffle House - Shepherdsville

The staff was great? The waitress was great. The cherry coke was there?

The waffle house! Can have breakfast at any time. The staff was great I visited and they made me feel very welcome.

Today we had the worst experience I ever had in this place. We have a part of our food before we get our drinks. The waiter forgot us. I had to ask for our drinks three times. We ordered the whole star meal and it took 20min to get the waffle after dinner. And I had to ask if our waffles were just sitting there and getting cold. Kellner (Haley) did not bring food. Grits were terrible. I had to bring her back. Bill was wrong. There was an additional fee of $7.25 that could not be explained. I'm not back.

Extreme Rude Service, I understand that you work hard and probably tired, but it doesn't need anything to be nice. Absolutely dirty compared to other Waffle Houses (and that should say something). There were DOZENS of cigarettes and other questionable rolls on the bricks through the front doors. Eat on the ground inside, puddles of questionable liquids. I don't expect white tablecloths, but that's just a security risk. They are always underused, and there is a leak that 't has been fixed so that all countertops are closed. (For 6 months) The building isn't even safe? This is not of a bad experience, It was consistent as this in the 4 years we have lived here. Do you want Decaf Coffee? Be ready to get a loud sigh and a It will be a while, we have not done and then still at the end caffeine on a busy Saturday morning. (Watched them pour both coffees from the same pot) Take 5 minutes down to one of the other Waffle Houses or head over to Tony's or Pelham Diner.

Dinning room floor dirty and grimey looking. This was at 8:30am on a Monday. Waffle almost uncooked, I get that speed is their thing but very few customers so it could have used more time cooking. Why so much oil on over medium eggs?? Ordered a waffle and one egg with coffee. $9.25. Order came with 2 eggs and waitress said it's the same price. But I ordered one egg and she could have told me when I ordered. Paint on the bathroom doors literally peeling off in pieces. Just seemed like no maintenance has been done at this store. Could they buy a thinner napkin? One other thing was the coffee was lukewarm and so was the refill.
