Little Caesars Pizza - Shelby

Order online. I wait in the store and found a group of about 10 customers waiting in the line. They wanted to give people the wrong food. Had a table in the back covered with pizzas, and seemed to have no idea what customer went to. Some of the other customers had waited for over an hour (until a gentleman who had waited one and a half hours. The manager had no idea what was going on, and when I asked about the company's phone number, he didn't know and didn't know where to locate it. The chubby woman who gave food was EXTREMELY rude with people. Even after we declared our order next, they first issued 4-5 more commands. A man had waited for just two cheese pizzas over an hour. There was no explanation for the customers, no excuses for the delay... just rudeness. We'll spend our money with Papa John's or Dominos right now! After being a Little Caesars client for 25 years, I won't go back.

Women's staff are sitting here. Ignore customers. Baby bottle sits on the counter back. Dudes hair long not properly secured. A customer got on napkins from behind. Defend human service... before closing. That's the worst. Use Kings Mountain. Only the guy decent is the one box pizza.

I moved up to order food and all the staff were out and obviously the lights were not right because it was dark. I saw three people outside. I put my window down and asked if they were open and Noone reacted after the third time they said they were OPEN. Well, one of the employees went in and went straight through the back and never saw how they wash their hands and whoever was in there did all the work while everyone else on holiday was obvious? This is such a sad world that we live in ppl in fast food, no matter how they treat customers or potential customers. After sitting on the parking lot for a minute, I kept watching inside and decided that it was best when I took my business elsewhere and wound up on the pizza hat and very satisfied. I keep going there and this is FACTS. Guess the owner goes in the hole pay employees outside and not very customer-friendly...

The food was fresh and hot. Customer service could be better. Not very friendly. atmosphere was the same, not so friendly, but food was really good

We have been to the one in Shelby 3 weeks in a row. And have been told they are not selling anymore crazy bread. And this is at 830 pm. The lobby was full of waiting people. Several people behind me walked out. I thought it was called HOT AND READY.. I WILL NOT BE BACK. VERY RUDE PEOPLE WORKS THERE...I have seen them come in from smoking and not wash their hands as well. The music is way to loud.
