I was mesmerized by the girls makeup at the drive thru I wouldn?t care if the order was wrong! But my order was not Wrong, The Food is great almost every time my Son and I go here. Bread is Fresh, New Wraps are so good. One time last week The wrap didn?thave much sauce but it was fresh. We go here once or twice a week. Pretty consistent for us of it being good. Order alwaycorrect never been out of Turkey!

I had metal shavings all over my order. This is a serious health hazard and I did not feel safe eating the food.

Already shared experience on the Jimmy John's Feedback website: Charged $4.99 for delivery when the order turned into a pick-up due to them not having delivery available (even though original order went through just fine online). Manager had reached out toprovide a refund around a month ago which we never received.

Sandwich was great just wish the lobby was open so I don't have to wait 20 mins to get my online order.
