Fiesta Mexican Grill Cantina - Shawnee

I didn't taste anything about this restaurant. Seriously, it's at the top. The rojo salsa is tasteful and mild, but if you are in a nice slow heat like me, go with the Verde. Actually, I mixed them together. The owner, Joe, made a few drinks recommendations that were extremely satisfying, while everyone is conversing at the place. The fantastic friendly and attentive staff made the whole place feel good and authentic. Tina was my bartender and was easy to chat. I went with Barbacoa Street Tacos. 3 soft corn tortilla tacos with nothing but ingenious inside.and this bomb ass green sauce (not remember what it is called) and lime on the side. For my pages I asked for rice and coal beans. Fire! Perfectly prepared and absolutely authentic. No joke, these chefs don't play. It is a fairly small place, on the ground floor in downtown Shawnee, but by far one of my new favorite places. I will definitely go back and bring friends and family. Thanks for a great time Fiesta!

Went today for lunch and it was awesome! Everything I had was just wonderful! The waitress was so nice and had the greatest personality! Everyone was very friendly and very helpful! I definitely recommend it if you want some good Mexican food!
