Taco Bell - Sharonville

I tried to get food from this place several times and was unsuccessful every time. shortly before 9:30 a.m. on a Wednesday because they say they were closed and were not able to turn off their lights. very inconsistent and I wish that company would update their hours weekly, as they do not see being constantly open.

This is supposed to be a beefy 5 layer. What is this disgusting thing! And I asked for no ice in my Baja blast. When I told him it was supposed to be no ice he just looked at me and said sorry about that. Didn’t even offer to replace my drink. I called and no one will answer. I want a freaking refund.

Upon arriving I was told that the store is closed for the day (about 5PM EST). Not only me, there were others as well who faced similar issues. I was told that my money will get refunded within 24 hours and it’s not yet refunded. Please look into this at the earliest.

Took my money but provided no food.I had a simple combo on order from the kiosk and I waited about fifteen minutes. I noticed other customers who ordered after me were getting their food. I went up to the front and asked if there was an order for me, and the employee told me that they were working on it. This was a lie. She then went to the prep station and couldn't find my name on the order screen. She didn't tell me this, I just overheard her talking to her coworker. Then they both proceeded to ignore me. After about five minutes of no communication, I told them to keep my money and walked out. Hopefully they will consider investing the free money I gave them in communication lessons.I will not eat at Taco Bell again. This location or others.

Service was terrible to put it nice. I ordered a number 3 it over 15 minutes to get. The language that the employees where using was beyond professional. I did not get any names of employees but acting mangers black and bald. The other employee was white with a tattoo on his face. I told the white guy that maybe they should make the food based on the time on the ticket. The acting manager said that he didn't f....ing care. That the drive thru was more important. And that he he didn't care when he got his food. The time was around 7:30 pm, as I was eating. I heard the manager ask, Do you want to close at 8 or 9. The hours on the window stated 11 pm or later. In my opinion, not to say about what was just kindly stated, this stores location is badly done. Either wipe it off the face of plant, or rebuild it on Lebanon rd.
