Waited 35 minutes for 2 single scoops of ice cream and watched 30 other people come and go, also waiting. Here’s my idea. Have an ice cream only window for the 15 of us who waited behind 15 orders of burgers and fries. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
