The food and service at this restaurant are amazing! Even though we arrived after their lunch hour, they were kind enough to restart the stove and serve us lunch. The ribs, brisket, coleslaw, and macaroni and cheese were all delicious. I highly recommend this place!

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious! I have sampled almost everything on the menu. I highly recommend having them cater for a special occasion. The BBQ SA sauce options are fantastic, with the raspberry sauce being a personal favorite.

This establishment is no longer a dine-in or take-out restaurant, only a caterer and a food truck. The pulled pork is so overpowered by cumin that it is inedible. The rack of ribs are not tender, and are laden with a half inch of uncaramelized fat. They no longer serve Alabama White Barbecue Sauce, and the sauce they provide is also laden with cumin. Sadly, this experience was a $50+ disappointment.

My fiancé and I were thrilled when Rhonda Schwein, FPP’s bubbly catering manager and co owner, enthusiastically agreed to cater our wedding rehearsal dinner. Meat lover or vegetarian, their delicious menu delivered something for everyone. Throughout the evening our guests reveled at how the pulled pork and beef brisket melted in their mouths. Pit Master Dennis really knows how to smoke ‘em! And the side dishes delivered a true infusion of flavor. We indulged in their summer berry salad w/organic greens, BBQ baked beans, and pasta salad w/ farm to table vegetables. Not to mention the Swedish mashed potatoes which were out of this world. Our taste buds never had it so good! Even more fabulous than the food was the service. We couldn’t ask for more vibrant and gracious hosts than Rhonda and Tiffany. They even went to the trouble of matching their aprons with our red and white checkered table linens. Now that’s putting the customer first! Ask no demand that Flying Pink Pig cater your next event. You won’t be sorry!

Great BBQ, ribs were way better than brisket, mac and cheese is slammin! Sauces are soooo good and so r the pickles.
