Food was great.I had a great time at this place.I loved it.The work was very nice too.They could clean the tables .It was a little dirty

While preparing to leave the area we spotted the A&W sign. My family had not been to an A&W for years and decided to end our local stay with a visit. We ordered through the drive thru and were greeted in a friendly manner. Our order was taken and finished with a thank you which is missing too often anymore. When we reached the window the young lady again greeted us and correctly handed me our order. She smiled warming and thanked us again. Our order was correct. The food was fine. The service, while only limited in total, was very welcoming. I would stop again if ever in the area. Enjoy!

2 people in front of me in line, and it took over 1/2 hour (not an exaggeration) to get a few drinks and a kids meal. Had a person manning register on her first day. I do not blame her I feel bad that the manager let her sink at the cost of the customers they served

Everything was good , but the wait time was a little longer than anticipated. We will return

As a local, my fiancé and i try to come here anytime we are craving a good float. but, over the past few months we’ve been 3 times. every single time NO ONE in the kitchen was wearing gloves! we saw them dressing burgers with NO gloves. my fiancé made it a point to ask for them to put on gloves to make our food, and they were very smart about it. even down to the expo making it a point to put on gloves to sit out food on our tray. when we ask for a refill before leaving, the woman said “okay but i don’t have on any gloves!” we probably won’t return. we made a simple request, because it’s quite disturbing to watch your food be made by someone with no gloves covering their hands. : we even saw them touching their phone behind the little expo window then going back to making food. very unsanitary.
