Einstein Bros. Bagels - Severna Park

Ordered one onion bagel and cream cheese thru drive thru. Waited in line for 16 minutes only to get the wrong order. Called the store and they offered a replacement but no apology.

Had us sitting at the drive thru for 15 mins before taking our order and nobody was even in line. Good food here but the service needs work.

Love the sandwiches but can you stop pouring black pepper all over the egg. This is the 3rd time I’ve had a sandwich hoping it would be different but it was still covered in pepper as was my husbands sandwich. It’s all I can taste.

Seems to be a lot of schmear everywhere for this lunch turkey deli, is this normal? I would hope not...

Disappointed that there was no seating. Even other guests who walked in were like, what is going on?
