Sciani Gastronomia Italiana

We went to Sciani and had a delicious meal. Due to the pandemic they only excepted reservations for 3 tables which made the experience all the more special. We were warmly greeted by Pedro Sr. the father of the chef. He took care of us...the whole evening. We tried many different dishes and they were all wonderful. As a main dish we had pasta with pine nuts and a white sauce with gorgonzola. When going to this restaurant be prepared to spend many hours and you'll enjoy every minute! We found the prices to be very reasonable for the quality and 5 star rating of the restaurant.

First of all, you gonna need a reservation, this is a kind of planned dinner or lunch. You need a reservation. The reason is quite simple, the restaurant works on demand in order to have always fresh food, compatible attendance, with no lines and minimal...waste. Once understood, you will have the opportunity to meet Sciani Family, they do everything by their selves. The restaurant runs on their own home. They live upstairs. Air conditioning, nice furniture, good illumination and clean. Food is awesome, fresh with a lot of flavor. This is a whole experience. Do not expect fancy gastronomy, the secret is related in how to and serve to. Wine menu is fine but you can bring your wine. Try to have a full meal entries, main and dessert it is totally worthy. We were welcomed by Mr. Pedro (The owner) and his family, and the food was just wonderful! Artisan hand made pasta with local fresh ingredients, makes this a must see place when you are visiting the water circuit cities in São Paulo! Very good wine...list and prices are very acceptable!!!
