Kubu At Mandapa - Seririt

Eat, fantastic. Ambience, perfect. Experience, unforgettable. The dinner we had in Kubu was one of the best we had in Bali. From the buggy ride to the service we left without a single complaint.

What a beautiful setting for a romantic evening. We were passed by Buggy through the exquisite property of Mandapa, a Ritz Carlton Reserve Hotel and at the end of our magical journey ended at the beautiful fast flowing Ayung River. We had booked a Cocoon bamboo pool in advance (this is necessary), and everything I had heard about this unique culinary experience turned out to be true. It was indeed a great experience to dinate on the edge of the river and one of these beautiful handmade bamboo pods. The food was amazing. I had the tasting vegetarian menu consisting of seven dishes. Everyone was beautifully matched and flew from one to the other in taste, creativity and precision. My favourite was the Portobello mushroom dish from the pumpkin Tortellini with pine nuts, sage butter, ricotta cheese and lemon. My partner had the gourmet menu consisting of nine dishes. The cabbage octopus with roasted Auberginen-Chickpea mousse and olive crumbs was his favorite. We met the charming and extremely knowledgeable sommelier, who appeared magical after every dish and described the paired wine professionally. His little stories really did the evening. We tasted fine wines from Austrian whites to New Zealand Savignon blanc to French and Italian masterpieces to match the European flavours of food. The presentation of each record was an artwork itself. When we were there to celebrate my birthday, the beautiful Serenade in the private cocoon of the beautiful team of waiters and waiters was a beautiful surprise. At no time was this culinary experience about the top or imagination. The beautiful manierisms of the staff and the way they feel you feel so comfortable when it is eating the experience I take home with me. I recommend this fabulous dinner for a special occasion. It's on the expensive side, and it's good. A beautiful Bali experience combines nature and luxury.

Their goodness and efficiency added a plus to an already unforgettable experience. If you go through Ubud and want to enjoy a unique experience it is definitely the stio. 100% recommended
