Bidrage med feedbackI made a reservation in advance for a birthday dinner through email, arrived on the scheduled date and time, but the restaurant was closed. If they had informed us earlier, we could have made other plans. This is very disappointing customer service.
Save room before you go. There is a significant amount of food that comes, and it is all fantastic and would be a shame to waste. Definitely a memorable meal out, and worth the price.
I was surprised to hear that they didn't have vegan soup om the day I visited here. You have to tell them to prepare vegan menus when making a reservation. Also, one of their vegan courses have honey. Be ware! Other than that, the vegan course menus are fairly traditional and have natural taste.
The food here is good. Some very interesting and unique dishes. A great take on temple food. A bit pricey. One dish had a shrimp hiding in the middle of it. The waitress warned us, which was good, but I guess there 's confusion as to what vegetarian means (let alone vegan , since we clearly ordered a vegetarian set meal and informed the waitress that we were vegan.
I visited this restaurant in March 2013. They offer both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, and their English-speaking staff showed me two sets of 15-course vegetarian menus for dinner. The prices range from 40,000 to 50,000 won. The meal includes salads, mushrooms, vegetables, rice, kimchi, porridge, and dessert. I would rate the food a 5 out of 10. It was a unique fine dining experience in Korea, but if you are looking for excellent food, this may not be the best choice. For more information, you can visit the following link [hidden link].
