They produce a lot of baked goods, inspired by French broth and terrace series. among the hearty broths are European classics such as baguette, ciabatta and full grain bread, which are plant-based. the ciabatta is super soft and fluffy. I am glad that they also offer darker broth like full grain and roggenbrot. brot is baked in front of place and the selection is at 12 noon the largest. there are only a few vegan brote that run out to dinner. for western standards, brot seems to be kind of expensive, but they are still cheaper than most bakeries. it is a fairly large bakery for a small neighbourship that does not many plant-based options. a beautiful place for good brot. updated by previous review on 2021-11-19
