Kfc - Senatobia

The service was terrible. We ate in and they didn't even have plates. The soda fountain did not work so we had to drink water. They said they no longer sell green beans and that is my favorite side. Will never stop there again.

Went through drive through paid lady and didn't kno she was handing me change , evidently she droped my change 5.00 out the window ,told me I had to drive forward to pick my 5.00 off the ground Horrible customer service , very rude .

We ordered our food and got home the gravy was turned over so we lost about half of it and we ordered a 8 piece box of chicken and got four and they also screwed up something else and charged us about 40+dollars for it and just think these fast foodplaces want 15.00 dollar's an hour just pitiful

3 workers not paying attention to orders. I had a mobile order that was suppose to been ready at 4:24 and when I got there at 4:31 my order still wasn't ready. They didn't even know it was a mobile order on the screen. Then when I did get my order, myfries was cold, stale, and half filled in my box. And I still didn't leave until 4:57 because they fixed someone order thatwasn't even there in front of mine.

The staff was very friendly and professional. My order was completed quickly and was 100% correct. What surprised me was how clean this location is, I was everywhere in the country and was at KFC in almost every state and that was the cleanest dining room I've ever been. It really looks like the staff is proud of the store, I hope the owner has the same amount of pride on his workers.
