They can’t call a taxi, they give you a number and tell you to call yourself. They cannot call the restaurant and reserve a table. Hot water is poured into your own dishes for 3 euros. Bringing tea to your wife at breakfast, who couldn’t come down for breakfast, costs 10 euros. The rooms have no hygiene items in the bathroom, no water, no ordinary glasses. There is no room service, you can’t order anything, you have to go to the restaurant and the reception for everything yourself. The water in the outdoor pool is cold. They save on everything. I spent 3 nights here and really enjoyed my stay! The room was very nice, the location was excellent, and the breakfast was outstanding. The staff that I encountered were lovely and very helpful. They provide a bus pass and the stop is right out front, so it was really convenient to just leave my car at the hotel and hop on/off the bus. I have nothing but great things to say! Rooms: 5

We stayed a few days in this structure with another copy. The hotel is nice, our room was very large and spacious, while in the room where our friends were staying the spaces were limited. As for cleanliness, the rooms, while not spotless, were cleaned regularly. The courtesy kit is not adequate for a 4-star hotel. Several times we have found excrement, of the dogs of the guests of the structure, on the carpet, urine on the armchairs and on the floor of the entrance. The pool was not heated and the 2 nearby saunas were turned off, we asked for information and we were told that they were in operation, we closed the discussion there (we are able to understand if a sauna is in operation or not The hot tub upstairs was dirty full of floating bugs enjoying the hot tub. Let's get to the staff: The guys at the reception were kind and helpful, the maids on the floors showed us the play area for them Kids, they were sweet and kind. The waiters were kind, but there was tension in the air throughout our stay, we felt their breath on our necks, given by the hurry to send us away. Premise: breakfast until 10:30. The day we had to leave, at 9:30 before having breakfast, we held back in requesting an invoice and payment. At 9:50 we sit down to start breakfast and in the meantime the waiter approaches, kindly asking us to vacate the room by 10:00 From the reception we hear the alleged owner SCREAMING at the employee telling him that he shouldn't have asked us, but that it had to be an Order! And that we had to vacate the room immediately. The owner should not strain herself with fake smiles, but use kindness of the heart, treat the people who work with her with respect, because it is thanks to them that she stands behind counting the money!
