Subway - Seguin

This particular Subway has redeemed itself. Last week my mother and I went in and they didn't have anything. No turkey, no veggies except cucumbers and olives. The boys that were working were doing the best they could to handle the situation. But today, everything was fully stocked. The female employee took her time and constructed a beautiful sandwich.

No lettuce available, bunch young kids hanging out in lobby with employees. Veggies frozen, sandwiche was not toasted for proper time and my chicken was still ice cold and cheese not melted. Tomatoes are old and tasted bad. Way to much sauce put on sandwich.

3 people behind the counter and I waited 15 minutes to get 1 sandwich. It took 14 minutes for 2 employees to take care of 2 people. 3rd guy just walked away and told me that the others would make my sandwich.

It's a new building so it was relatively clean. We were there at an odd time so it definitely wasn't crowded. There were zero napkins out in the whole place.... I ordered a sub for delivery. The sandwich was not even close to what I ordered. They didn’t toast it no cheese and the veggies were not all there. I also added the full meal deal. No chips and no drink. I called the subway several times they would not answer their phone.
