Dunkin' - Secaucus

Went here a couple of days ago. Had a very simple order. Chocolate frosted donut, sausage egg and cheese croissant and a hazelnut hot coffee. I knew something was off when the person in front of me had to wait literally 10 minutes and when I saw thegirl hand him his order it was one coffee and one small bag. After he drove off I pulled my car up and my order was made prettyquickly. Because the guy in front of me took so long, the queue of cars was at least 7-8 deep. So I took my bag and my coffeeand drove off. I live in town so I get home and all 3 things I ordered was wrong. I didn?t get a chocolate frosted donut I gotstrawberry frosted. I didn?t get sausage egg and cheese, I got just egg and cheese. And my hazelnut coffee? I got some cinnamonpumpkin spice or I don?t know what flavor it was but it wasn?t hazelnut. How does someone mess up a simple food order? Thismakes zero sense.

Waited 15 minutes for them to make me a medium coffee. And it was still wrong. The staff was clearly busy but they were still polite.

The icecream place is gross dirty and mold on side, this place has changed since new owner's. I went there for a hot chocolate and DD hot chocolate is nice and rich this one was like dirt water i ask the girl who was serving was it taste that way and whyit looks that was because it doesn't have regular milk. I also had to wait 30 mins. for my items while behind there was a lineof 10 to 12 people's. The worst part was 1 by 1 was leaving the store. Please if you stop by this dunkin see around your areahow the store is presenting before buying anything. And why I'm posting this because anyone could get sick..

Best customer service at DD ever. Kid was friendly and made that ice cream to look just like on the advertiment.

The staff here are pleasant and hustle for your order. However... They're short staffed. It took 15min to get just a medium hot coffee. -1 star -1 star because they forgot the sugar (I should have checked before I left ????
