Seaside HAG is the best custom bakery, and best kept secret on the Oregon coast. You simply must call her! Made to order designer cakes, pies, and cookies. My chocolate dipped macaroons were fantastic, on a par with the best bakeries in San Francisco. Parties, weddings, or any gathering, Holly brings freshness and flavor!

Is this place gone? We went miles out of our way to come here because it was the only bakery we could find open late enough for us to get to and all we could find was a sign for it over what looked like a walled-off door.

Holly went above and beyond making our friends’ 50th wedding anniversary special. We ordered cookies to be delivered to their hotel in Seaside upon arrival but Holly didn’t stop there. She created a beautiful Seaside photo card for them, included extra cookies, and put it all in a festive gift bag. Our friends were blown away said the cookies were amazing. I cannot recommend Seaside Hag enough!

This bakery is the best the cake she made me for a birthday party was out of this world. But her cookies oh my god her cookies are to die for I could live off of them alone. This is the bakery to get all your goodies from. I will never go to another. If you don't know about this bakery you better ask somebody.
