Barge 295 - Seabrook

First time at Barge 295 on 8/7/21 I didn't get a chance to actually go into the restaurant part but I was out where the stage and live music played. The outside stage was great and the sound was awesome. Plenty of picnic tables and regular tables with chairs available for hanging out and all set up to have a decent view of the stage. One bar off to the side. The only thing I noticed was that there wasn't any kind of server working the table area. I was there over an hour and no one came by to see if I needed anything. Not sure if this is how it usually goes but it was fine as I wasn't drinking anyway but I found it odd. All in all still a decent experience and I'm sure with different shows there is fun to be had.

Casual floating bar and grill. Great place to gather before heading out. The pizza was really good would of given 4 stars but it took over 45 min to get out order. Apparently if you order pizz they make it at another restaurant and bring it over. I would be willing to give it another try knowing that I know now

Good food. Boat parking. Live music often. Short staffed. Not the best quality mixed drinks not a big selection of beer, but Plenty of what they've got. Usually an adult crowd. Relaxing fun atmosphere. It's a barge. The place floats.

Service was ok. The food had a lot of potential. My oyster?s were delicious, but they forgot the shrimp. Was disappointed in that. The fried shrimp had great batter, but tasted farm raised..idk..was cool place..small..boudain balls a no and ranch no..

What a great place to take in a cool southern breeze of Galveston bay. The service is so great and so dog friendly! The raw oysters and fried shrimp were good too. Home town feel casual come as you are.
