Mako's American Grille - SEA ISLE CITY

I made a reservation for Mako's on OpenTable for 1/28/18 at 7 pm for my wife and I. I have the confirmation but when we arrived the restaurant was closed. Confirmation #2109757130. We enjoy eating at Mako's so this was a bummer. Found out it was a glitch with OpenTable not Mako’s. We dined again on 2/17/18 and it was great.

2 nd time here . 1 st was in busy summer so not great too busy but tried again and had a Groupon! Very good!! Def be back!

Service was super excellent. Our server was pleasant, timely and smiled easily. She gave excellent advice as to the menu. The food was very good. I ordered the Blackened Mako. The combination of the blackened fish, apples, onions and chutney was designed excellent. All of it together enhanced the experience. My wife ordered the crab stuffed tilapia. Again, far better than expected. My only knock on the place is that the portion size was small for the price. FYI: like lots of Jersey restaurants, its BYOB.
