The Pony Express Café - Scottsdale

Having this restaurant nearby is a nice option, especially with limited food choices in the area.

The food is delicious and reasonably priced at this restaurant. The staff is friendly and there is great coffee. You can choose to dine in or take advantage of the pet-friendly outdoor seating area. We enjoy the variety of lunch options such as omelettes, sandwiches, and big salads, all of which are tasty.

The service was perfunctory at best but the coffee was awful. I sat down ready to enjoy what I hoped would be a nice cup of coffee whilst I read the paper. Instead I received a scoldingly hot cappuccino in a take away cup. Getting a paper cup was bad enough, but the coffee was too hot to drink. Do they not train their baristas on the art of coffee making?

Just had breakfast there for the second time they have great breakfast an great service my new favorite breakfast spot

Good food and service. Unfortunately, the unisex bathroom was disgusting every time I went over a 6 month period. I won?t go back.
