This restaurant is small but can still serve many people-but it is a café. They have a decent selection of food. Score Out Of 20 Stars-5 Stars Each Food: 5/5 Awesome! Service: 4/5 -1 Star because the food took a while to come which is why -1 star on review , everyone was nice though. Design: 5/5 Lots of flowers and signs Location: 4/5 Isolated from towns and cities, not too far from Albany though . Total: 18/20 90% Recommendation: A Good Place To Stop and Eat During A Road-trip Or If You Live Close To It

We had the pleasure of visiting this special little cafe and shoppe! We were meeting our granddaughter who goes to college close by. We had and amazing visit and delicious lunch. Our waitress was awesome but I forgot her name (oops)! Food was great as was every thing about the Apple Barrel! What a special little gem of a place. Highly recommend for anyone passing through! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I didn't eat at the Cafe but the store was great! Lots of very local stuff, cute things for the home, a huge holiday selection. A great place for gifts or tchotchkes, especially specific to the Schoharie region.

The food is fresh and delicious with a menu that has something for everyone. Not just the run of the mill burgers and wraps-they have a nice twist on everything. the ingredients are high quality and the service is courteous and friendly. A little gem of a cafe'.

One of my favorite places to have lunch, dinner or dessert and coffee. We also love to spend part of the holidays there. Josh is great and works hard to give customers an awesome experience.
