Bidrage med feedbackHad a magical birthday dinner here. The location is absolutely breathtaking, in the middle of the Tuscan sun in Bolgheri. If you are a wine and food lover, this is your place. These guys are masters at their farm to table experience, the Podere is where they live, grow and cook their organic veggies and serve them in a way you could never even think of. We had the tasting menu, every dish was a major surprise of bursting flavors. From the homemade bread with the different oils they make, to the many special starters, then onto artichoke and goat cheese cappellacci and herb risotto, to the glazed beetroot (hero of the night), and last but not least the most innovative desserts. Each dish made with so much care, attention, and ingredients! Service impeccable, with detailed explanation of cooking method and composition of the plate. Really a place to live! Good job!
Beautiful location and fantastic experience. It is not ratified by a simple dinner but a path between flavors and unknown products. On request it is also possible to have the entirely vegan menu. I recommend it for a memorable evening. Congratulations!
Location immersed in the green that already deserves. The service is very nice and very professional. You can choose from a 4- or 8-course menu. The courses are then interspersed with various tastes and frankly you wonder how you can get to the bottom of the 8-course. We chose the one from 4 and although the dishes have certainly not abundant portions at the end I think I ate for the next two days. the pitches cooked on the grill leave without words and so also many other dishes that have ingredients that I did not know (and of which I do not even remember the name but absolutely fantastic. The various types of bread and focaccia accompanied by their excellent oil. The sweet cooked on the bonfire lit in the garden as well as good is of great effect. For the experience that has been personally I do not consider it dear even if obviously I could not go every week (menu' 4 courses 60€ per head excluding wines but you can opt also for the menu ' which includes the tasting of the wines of which I do not remember the price .
