Wendy's - Schenectady

This was my first time having Wendy's in over 3 years. I ordered the classic chicken sandwich. The food was hot and delicious. Cons, I asked for no ice but there was ice in my soda also I was surprised at how much the price had gone up over the years. Although, I'm aware that increased in pricing is everywhere and on just about everything. Overall good. Would visit this location again in the future.

This Wendy’s has been one of the most consistent and well managed Wendy’s that I have been to. Our order was processed fast and the food was warm coming right out the window. The food was amazing and didn’t have any problems with it. Overall definitely one of the better fast food chains to hit up in that area

After a long wait due to a long line in the drive through the food was fresh very good. The manager gave us both a free meal before asking if I had credit or cash, which I did have cash... Because the credit card machine had just went down. Was a nice end to a busy holiday season

Love the chicken asiengo ranch club! it's always great! I can't believe the prizes everywhere. I bought a single cheeseburger, a small koks and the huhn asiago ranch club and the bill was $17!

Bad customer service, careless and unprofessional. I have photos of employees who act as manager with food and money drawers without gloves. Wendy’s in altamont ave, rotterdam, ny location shows that it is open at 7 o’clock and my order has never been taken. about 7:10-15 clock arrived, went to the talk with attendees, and one claims to be unprofessional (no gloves and rude). this complaint to the online complaint for wendys.
