Jersey Mike's Subs - Schenectady

Ordered online, paid $3.00 for them to add pepperoni to the sub… when opening the sub at home found no pepperoni was added to the sub.

1st time rhere, very good staff and the food was excellent, best hot sub I've ever had will be back....

Ordered Door Dash. My sub was supposed to be a #5 With NO ONIONS and NO MAYONNAISE!.... Instead it was supposed to have banana peppers and oil. What I received was a #5 WITH ONIONS, MAYONNAISE, BANANA PEPPERS, OIL ... and missing one of the meats its supposed to have. I'm pretty sure they just gave me ham. I have food sensitivities and that is why I ordered my sub this way. I can't even eat it because the mayonnaise is all over everything. Waste of money and time and completely disappointed.

When you go in Someone always greets you with a smile. The Person listens to what you want and doesn't just throw anything on your Sub. The Girl at the end when you pay for your Order is very nice. She makes sure you have everything you want. She also recommends having a Drink or Chips or a Brownie and by the way they are really good. I would definitely recommend this Place to anyone who wants a great Sub and It's just my opinion but they are better than Subway ???

The 5 times I've been there, I've never been disappointed. Every time I've been there, I've had a different sub and they have all been great.
