Tim Hortons - Scarborough

Not too crowded. Had nice evening muffin there. 10 out 10 chocolate chip muffin.

I chose walk-in, no customer inside, did wait a bit. staff was polite and apologized for the wait. So far, so good. Keep it up with the smiles.

They should put a little more effort into those sandwiches...very poor, perhaps some lettuce a slice of fresh cucumber it will make a huge difference. This way you feel that your money is worth something.

Did not receive correct order. Staff followed workflow and reiterated request of customer during ordering, confirmed order verbally by staff at drive through window. Unfortunately, incorrect order was provided to customer and was over charged for item received. As customer paid in cash, no receipt received. Unfortunately cannot rectify issue due to lack of documentation.

Worst Tim Hortons we have been to. Went thru the drive through. Turns out their scanner wasn't even working. Decided not to tell us until we told them we were redeeming points for a drink. Told us that we had to go inside to redeem the drink. That's when I saw someone walking in to exchange the incorrect food item. The staff took back the food and put it back on the display case. It's the middle of covid. Either let the person keep their food and give them the proper one or just throw it away. That's disgusting.
