I made a reservation for a pizza a month ago and noticed that they seem to use low-quality sausage because it tastes very sour, much worse than other pizza places. I brought up this issue on their website, and the boss called me and asked me to give them another chance, offering me a $7 credit. However, when I made another reservation, they said there was no credit and I would have to pay full price. The pizza was just as bad as the last time. I do not recommend going to this restaurant.
Very bad customer service. Food quality worst . They are not giving refund or replacement moreover put our ID on redflag so we done with pizza pizza . 4th time continually worst pizza they gave total 8 pizzas we garbage no one can eat those pizzas . Only this store worst pizza makers and service even more worst. Pizza owner have to take care of his store it’s ruining customer money and pizza pizza customer . Because so many time they gave us not eatable we complained about that no one taking action moreover we are not getting refund . We garbage all pizzas . They waste our money . I do not know you guys gonna take some action or not or just giving false information to us .Pizzas are bad . Workers are rude and racist .Give our money back .Sure i will try i will be more appreciated store owner if i will get any compensation for the inconvenience i faced .
Arrived at 11:55pm. Only 4 slices on display. Asked if they had any more slices coming out and was told no. Had to order a medium pizza and wait more than 15 mins. The store closes at 2am, why would they not have more slices in the oven? Especially since they have a 2 slice special advertised on window. I doubt I will be returning.
Terrible service and atmosphere. The whole staff is talking to their family back home the ENTIRE TIME they are on shift. This is literally the most disgusting customer service ive seen in my life. Attached is a photo of the employee in question on his phone via his airpods. The guy wasn't even listening when I was talking to him.
The customer service at this restaurant is very poor, especially from the older Sri Lankan man working the morning shift. He lacks the basic communication skills needed to interact with customers. I simply asked for oregano on my half-moon dish, as it wasn't an option on the app, and he argued with me instead of providing it. Despite claiming not to have it, I could see oregano on the shelf from outside. The owner or manager should instruct this employee to work more politely, as he is being compensated for his work.
