Nunzios Kitchen - Sayreville

Based on previous reviews, our group went with high expectations, but left disappointed. The food was meh at best. The steak salad had dry, overcooked shredded pieces of meat. My husband had a Caesar Salad which was made with iceberg rather than romaine. My sister did say she was satisfied with her seafood platter. But what really upset us was that we went for lunch and wanted the smaller lunch-sized portions, however they gave us the dinner-sized portions of everything. They didn't tell us or check with us first and we didn't even realize until we got the bill. It was a lot higher than expected. On the positive side, I will say the server was very nice and attentive. But overall, it is not a place we can recommend.

My friend and I went for pasta and it was the most unflavorful meal I’ve ever had. I got risotto and it was even risotto it was just rice in a cream sauce and my friend got bolognese and it was basically just pasta with beef in a watery sauce. We also got French fries and they weren’t even seasoned. It was super cute inside but such a major disappointment. Service: Dine in

We are not from the area and stopped here on the way to a show and wow this place will always be our go to when nearby. Prices arent too high and the food was fantastic. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
