Garden State Deli - Sayreville

I love Garden State Deli, they are a family business and they treat all their customers like family. Your food is absolutely amazing. I had a lower part that was an Italian, to a hot roast beef with her homemade fresh mozzarella. If you want something delicious, I definitely recommend it. If you do not see it in the menu, ask them and they will do their best to take you.

Been means trying GS deli for a few weeks. I have a chance today. We had a fried cattle hero with fresh mozzarella. The Bratbeef immediately transported me to my mom's kitchen in Brooklyn and the fresh Mozzarella was on site. Not too milky with the right hint of salt and strength. This was a great sandwich much better than the competitors and I tried them all. The Makkaroni salad was also great for the old school. I highly recommend GS Deli for lunch, dinner and all the needs of catering. Can't wait to try their meatballs and eggplant parmigiana sandwiches, which in all probability next week and the weeks after. Joe and Paula G.

Needed a good meal during break from a class i was teaching at the fire academy. Googled this place 6 minutes away, called in my order.... One of the best sandwiches i have had, and i go to a lot of good delis.... Had the chicken cutlet, peppers, fresh mozz balsamic.... cutlet was still warm, bread wasnt too soft and not too hard.... Service was nice price was great... ill be back

The absolute best New York style deli that I have found living in New Jersey coming from Staten Island in 20 years. Hands down the best! I met them yesterday and had the fresh mozzarella Italian hero and today I had their famous homemade roast beef 9homemade mozzarella caramelized onions and gravy on a toasted hero. This roast beef sandwich sells out in a couple hours every Tuesday so I encourage you to call and order yours early! I ate the whole thing and forgot to post LOL everybody has to go and try this place!!!!
