Downtowner - Sault Ste. Marie

It started slowly, but this place was an explosion! Excellent beverage prices. Good company. We're not out of town, but the crowd was inviting. I hope we'll come back here.

No food except frozen pizza. So? It is local meeting place, beautiful inside. a lot of sport. Great prices on Labotts Blue, btw.

The downtowner is a very nice bar and the bartender was very nice young lady did a good job on my mix drinks.

No food, but there are drinks, music, outstanding service, and friendly people. A classic dive bar, it’s cash only. The beer is cold and they serve mixed drinks, but no blender, no drinks with umbrellas. The decor is also classic dive with some great details (ceiling tiles) and lots of old pictures on the wall.

Bartenders are friendly, bathrooms are strange. Two toilets in one big room... Let's just say, I saw more of some other patrons than I was anticipating. Go pee before you leave the house.
