Bidrage med feedbackI had spent a whole day to visit the opposite, and we chose this place because of convenientity. when we sit, we'll be right next to a couple. the tables were fixed so that it felt like we were sitting on them upstairs. I went to some empty tables at the other end of the terrace and immediately I was told that they were reserved what I thought was strange when we arrived at dinner on Sunday at 9 o'clock. but good, we're staying at the table we were given. we order two pizzas and a small salad that is overtaken with two broth slices in a small bowl. The pizzas are inadequate so that my 6 year old daughter who hungers at this point asks me to help her. I take a short bite of my pizza, put it in the bread pan next to my knife and fork and help my daughter with her pizza. I prepare my daughter's pizza and I'm going to finish my disc when the waitress comes by to tell me loudly that I use a bread bowl as a teller and I can't. I'm trying to explain to her in my poor French that I helped my daughter with her pizza. I also tell her that she never has plates for us to use so that I only used what was available. it repeats in French that its breadcrumb. I finally ask her for a teller and she refuses to bring one because there is a plate under the salad bowl. that is obviously not a teller that you have to use at this point to eat, I don't care anymore. others staring and I had ruined mine at night. I think racism had a role to play with this service, I was the only Asian client in the restaurant and the only one who was shot by the waitress. when we left, I noticed that the tables were empty at the far end. I may be back to visit the opposite, but I never come back to this restaurant. eating was also meh. I had better pizza and a better service.
The worse pizza I've ever had. tasteless piece of bread with plastic like mozzarella and dry vegetables. Honestly, before I visited this place, I never thought that a often baked pizza can ever taste bad. to supplement this, the service was bad, the main host/manager... was not welcome. overall a bad experience and I would not recommend this place unless you want to know how a pizza can taste bad!
Was that good or was that bad? it's hard to know. we showed up on Sunday night at 7.30 a.m. do they have a reservation? we had never done one, but now the watching of the restaurant was almost full, which was obviously a mistake. on our side. coveted by the obvious popularity of the restaurant, we felt happy when we were offered a table. a table full of dirty dishes from the previous diners! Something to think could 'lost in the translation', we stood for a moment before we ask again: the table? yes, we were said. we have revolted. 5 minutes later, the table was cleaned and set again, including a crippled water. then went 15 or more minutes without as much as a menu offered for us. we have observed the shyness with which the couple have eaten next to us, we have decided to send it and we have risen and went out. it didn't seem like the personal noticed.
Great pizzas to go. Staff always friendly and welcoming, you can ring ahead to order your favourite take away pizza. Cosy. bustling family run restaurant.
I really liked this restaurant. It's not fancy at all, but it is very traditional with the traditional pizza oven right in the middle of the restaurant as you walk in. The pizza's are made right before your eyes, right in the restaurant. It's really...great. There's almost no english spoke here, but we managed to get by fine. Staff are very friendly and I got the impression they quite enjoyed having a bunch of brits turn up unannounced. For a cheap fun evening, with a fantastic home made pizza, you can't go wrong. I would however suggest sticking with ordering pizzas only. They are clearly set up for the pizzas, and although there is other pastas on the menu, they are really playing second fiddle to the traditional pizza oven right in the centre of attention.
