Chandeliers Fine Dining - Saskatoon

I absolutely love the sushi, but they are pretty rude on the phone.

I ordered in from J Sushi on Friday night and I noticed the prices were high but was hoping that this meant the quality was awesome.

My husband and I went for a special Mother's Day meal. We ended up having the dinner for 2. It exceeded our expectations, we started with the Dry Ribs and then Caesar Salad, both were delicious. Our main course was 6oz Filet Mignon, Lobster Tails, potato and grilled veggies. The steaks were like butter, super tender and cooked to perfection. The Lobster also was cooked perfectly. The veggies had sweet tai chilli sauce on them which is different but very good. We ended our meal with the Creme Caramel also very delicious. Our server (very nice young man, sorry forgot his name) suggested a wine that was a perfect match for our meal. I would definitely go back on another special occasion.

The 2 dishes I've had were absolutely mouth watering! The first was a chicken breast dish with a mango salsa maybe? And the second was breaded fish that had me enjoying every bite as much as the first. I'm sorry I don't know the names to either of these dishes as I said "surprise me" to both. All I know is that they were delicious!! Beautiful decor with gorgeous chandeliers all around the restaurant (of course), and a quiet, comfortable place to enjoy a great meal.

I've hardly ever written reviews of places, but I had to in this case.  We had a business meeting there last week for 8 of us, one of the guys recommended Chandeliers because of all the people that went over there from John's. He said he had ben there before and loved it. We had a nice private room and access to a TV to go over a few things. We started off with a couple appetizer platters that were really good, especially the dry ribs. Never had a ribs like that before. They weren't button ribs, it was a half rack, individually breaded and fried perfectly. Service was great too, as our server ensured that our drinks were never empty.  Most of us had steaks for dinner, one guy had the Mahi Mahi and said it was great with the mango salsa. All the steaks were cooked to perfection, and the prime rib portions were more than generous. I'm definitely coming back again as soon as I can.
