Arby's - Sarnia

This restaurant is always fast, always friendly, and the food is always hot and fresh. Can't ask for a better place if you're hungry and in a hurry.

This was the last stop on my east coast customer visitation. The restaurant was new, the food great and most of all this restaurant was super clean and the waitress was friendly and brought my food to me.

It had been a while since we last visited Arbys, so we decided to go through the drive-thru. We ordered two Double Beef and Cheddar sandwiches and a small iced tea. Unfortunately, the sandwiches were a mess and very difficult to eat. The meat was thicker than usual and there was an excessive amount of sauce on them. We were not impressed and left feeling dissatisfied. We had to eat carefully to avoid making a mess with the sauce, and ended up needing wipes afterwards. The sandwiches made on 06/05/2019 were poorly made. We were left wondering why the meat was so thick and tough.

I decided to stop at this restaurant for a quick meal because I wasn't in the mood for a burger. The Bratbeef sandwich was a delightful departure from the typical fast food burger. I ordered the slider combo with a side of curly fries and some horseradish sauce for dipping. It's a must-have at any burger joint.

I almost always commit Arbys, as my order is completed correctly. (The employees of Drive Thru and the rest of the staff fail to take as a team again and again, prepare my order. The food is quite tasty to me as a place of change over Hortons. It rarely has a fly here that I cannot say from Hortons or McDonalds! The drinks are missing and the desserts are nothing to boast. But eating and the Dine-in experience is pretty consistent.
