Bell Tower Cafe - Saratoga

Dog friendly patio. Hot with only a couple fans running. Friendly but harried service. Maybe they were short staffed but we had to ask multiple times for coffee and water refills. Mixed up my order but it was readily corrected and they were really nice about it. Would come again but with tempered expectations about speed of service. Food was tasty.

Our favorite place for a relaxed breakfast. The service is very friendly and the omelettes, pancakes, and crepes are amazing. It is located right off the downtown Saratoga with a lot of parking nearby.

Great place for breakfast, lunch, or brunch. If it's a nice day, sit outside , the patio is really nice.

It has a strangely exotic atmosphere and taste, so it feels like I’m in a travel destination.

Food was incredible, very quaint charming atmosphere despite visiting on a busy Sunday. Wait times for table and service were reasonable to good.
