Service, atmosphere, menu, cocktails, and price point 5/5 easy! We sat at the bar and loved the overall atmosphere. Portion sizes are huge and staff is knowledgeable. Can’t wait to return.

My husband and I brought my mother and Aunt to Saratoga springs for my mom's 87th bday. Our last night was her bday dinner at Solevo. The meal and service was excellent. Our server John was fantastic! Wish we were staying longer to go back!! The food was amazing!

We had my daughter's birthday dinner here and it was fantastic. Our server Gabby A is beyond amazing. She makes your stay at there restaurant a great experience. I had the lasagna and it was fantastic I size of the piece that brought out to me I was able to bring it home and have leftovers for 2 more days. My daughter had the Bolognese and loved it. Can't say enough about this family restaurant. Hands down some of the best service we have had at a restaurant in a very long time. Would definitely go back.

First the service was amazing, then the drinks were delicious, then the service was amazing, then the eating was incredible, then the service was amazing! only a beautiful experience. you can really say that both kitchen and front staff work hard to make this a perfect night. we will definitely come back.

I made a reservation for 9:45, which was the only time available. However, when we arrived at 9:15, we were able to sit and enjoy a drink at the bar right away. The food was absolutely delicious! The aubergine chips are a must-try. We started with fresh, juicy oysters, which were fantastic. For my main course, I had the salmon, and it was incredibly satisfying—the fish was perfectly cooked with a beautifully crispy skin. My friend ordered pasta and loved it; I even tried some, and it was really tasty! The service was excellent. I was a bit nervous about dining so late, but it’s a popular spot for a reason. It was definitely worth it!
